WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Vitavix by TVT Trading B.V. covers the shipping costs for all orders.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
You can follow your shipment through the order status page. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note: It may take some time before the tracking status becomes available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Vitavix by TVT Trading B.V. aims to deliver products as quickly as possible.
If you place your order on a business day before 9:00 PM, we will strive to process it the same day.
Delivery time is 5 – 10 business days.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a local post office for 7 days.
You will receive a notification from the courier with the pickup location.
After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
